Dog Park Tag

Dog Park Tags Now Available

All previously issued tags will expire May 31, 2014. A new dog park tag will be required to use the park beginning June 1, 2014. Every person that would like to use the dog park, must apply for a new and existing tag holders.

Beverly dog owners who have registered their dogs with the city are eligible to obtain a free Dog Park tag to enter the park (this is a separate tag from the city license).

You may apply for your tag in person by visiting two local businesses listed below.

To apply in person, bring a copy of your dog’s current city dog license, current rabies vaccine certificate, and proof of spay or neutered. Please remember to bring copies that can be turned in, there will not be photocopying capabilities at the clinics or local businesses.

You may also apply online for your tag by completing the tag application (above). Electronic submission instructions are attached.

If you apply online and would like your tag mailed to you, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Beverly Dog Park c/o Beverly Recreation Department, 55 Ober Street, Beverly, MA 01915.

You may also pick up your tag at the next Beverly Dog Park Committee meeting. This is for online applicants only. Our next meeting is posted under the Committee section of our website.

Dogs must wear the Beverly Dog Park tag on their collars whenever they are in the park.
